If you have an issue with a product, please WhatsApp us on +27 84 502 3661 as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Products may be returned where they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for a return under applicable South African consumer law.
For health, hygiene and medical products, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened, used, or if returning them would create a health or hygiene risk.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
